1. Definitions
- "Platform" refers to SaakhiPay mobile applications and website
- "Customer" refers to users booking beauty services
- "Vendor/Parlour" refers to beauty service providers
- "Services" refers to beauty and wellness services offered through the platform
2. Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per user; multiple accounts may be terminated
3. For Customers
3.1 Booking Services
- All bookings are subject to availability and vendor confirmation
- Arrive on time for appointments; late arrivals may result in service modification or cancellation
- Provide accurate information about allergies or medical conditions
3.2 Payments
- Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Payments can be made via UPI, cards, net banking, or wallet balance
- Cashback and rewards are subject to specific terms and conditions
3.3 Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 2 hours before appointment
- Late cancellations may incur charges as per our cancellation policy
- No-shows may result in full charge and account restrictions
4. For Vendors/Parlours
4.1 Registration Requirements
- Valid business registration and licenses
- Complete KYC verification
- Accurate service listings and pricing
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards
4.2 Commission and Payments
- Platform commission: 22% of booking value
- Earnings credited to wallet after service completion
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹500
- Processing fee: 2% (maximum ₹50) on withdrawals
- TDS applicable as per government regulations
4.3 Service Standards
- Honor all confirmed bookings
- Maintain professional conduct with customers
- Respond to customer queries within 24 hours
- Maintain accurate availability calendar
5. Referral Program
- Earn rewards for referring new users
- Multi-level commissions: Level 1 (4%), Level 2 (3%), Level 3 (2%), Level 4 (1%)
- Referral abuse or fake accounts will result in termination
- Rewards subject to successful transactions by referred users
6. Prohibited Activities
- Fraudulent bookings or payments
- Harassment or inappropriate behavior
- Sharing false reviews or ratings
- Circumventing platform fees
- Using automated systems to access the platform
- Violating intellectual property rights
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on SaakhiPay belong to us or our licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
- SaakhiPay is a marketplace connecting customers with vendors
- We are not responsible for service quality delivered by vendors
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
9. Dispute Resolution
- Contact our support team for any disputes
- We will mediate between customers and vendors in good faith
- Unresolved disputes subject to arbitration in India
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [City], India.
